Business Recruiter – Leadership Program

Do you want to become a passioned Business Recruiter? Get coached by an experienced team in a dynamic and positive mindset? The goal? Becoming a Recruiter Manager within 3 years!

What will your job be?

  • Represent the company’s values and sustain its development, you are the first image between candidates and UpWider
  • Coordinate Corporate & Business Recruitment process (Consultants, Experts, Business Developers/Recruiters, Marketing Officers…):
  • Pro-actively identify and approach the best candidates
  • Establish first phone contacts to validate the candidates, screen, and interview candidates for relevant roles
  • Set & participate to meetings at our offices with the selected candidates, present our company and define their ambition
  • Assess & challenge candidates and provide them with feedback
  • Make a detailed reporting and diffuse information to the business unit managers
  • Bring new ideas and initiatives to improve the recruitment process
  • Collaboration with Managers to define the recruitment’s strategy and processes (sourcing, employer branding, communication, events management, …) to raise our attractiveness

 

What is a typical day like?

  • 20% of identification of new candidates,
  • 20% of assessment of consultants (first calls & interviews),
  • 50% of working on clients’ projects to identify the best solutions,
  • 10% internal meetings,
  • … and don’t forget afterworks and sunny lunches outside the Manoir with your colleagues!

What is the recruitment process like?

You first have a call with Marie-Laure to get to know you and present you the job and our company. Then an interview with Flora, your future manager to answer all the questions you may. already have but also discuss the role and objectives more in details. Finally, you meet our Claude. If you are motivated to join us, it can take only 2 weeks to go through the complete process!
