What will your job be?
1. CEO’s assistant
- You support the CEO in his activities and provide a high-level confidential support to him : administrative aspect, daily executive organisation, contracts
- In charge of the day-to-day accounting procedures: manage records and receipt (consultants, clients, employees…)
- Provide financial and administrative support to the CEO : creation of management dashboards and activity monitoring: finance, HR, …
- You are responsible for the administrative and HR payroll aspect & process for the team.
- Schedule meetings & support visitors
- Handle all deliveries, calls and e-mails promptly and professionally and transfer them to the relevant departments responding to requests efficiently
- Represent UpWider’s values
3. Cooperation / communication
- Office Management : coordination of activities, manage relationships with vendors, ….
- You take initiative, operate within delegated authority and keep management informed
- Organize and improve administrative process
- Fluent in English. You are fluent French or / and Dutch.
- Already professional experience on high confidentiality level (mini 5 years)
- You have a strong eye for detail, analytical, process-oriented
- We are looking for a professional and outgoing personality
- Someone who can work autonomously, brings energy (positive, can-do attitude / mindset) and work ethic
- Microsoft office and particularly excel are good friends
