Internship – Business Recruiter Assistant – 2 periods per year – Sept and January (4 months min.)

Do you want to learn the job of a Business Recruiter? And get coached by an experienced team? The goal? Creating a real professional experience with responsibilities in a dynamic and international environment!

What will your job be?

As an intern, you will be trained continuously and will be gradually given responsibilities.

To provide the qualitative services that our clients are looking for, our Business Recruitment team recruits and federates the best talents supported by our Business Managers’ team and the expertise of our 4 practices.

You will also represent the company’s values and sustain its development. You are the first image between candidates and UpWider.

 

By being part of the HR team, you will work on 3 different topics:

 

  1. Consultants’ recruitment
  • You will participate to the entire Business Recruitment process:
  • Pro-actively identify and approach the best candidates
  • Establish first phone contacts to validate the candidates, screen and interview candidates for relevant roles
  • Set & participate to meetings at our offices with the selected candidates to present our company and define their ambition
  • Evaluate and assess candidates and provide them with feedback
  • Make a detailed reporting and provide information to the business unit managers

 

 

2. Corporate recruitment

  • Recruitment of future interns
    1. CV’s analysis
    2. First call
    3. Meeting

 

3.  Other corporate initiatives

  • Assist in the management of communication and social media platforms
  • Bring new ideas and initiatives to improve the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with Managers to define the recruitment’s strategy and processes (sourcing, employer branding, communication, events management, …) in order to improve our attractiveness

  • are currently pursuing a master (possibly a bachelor’s degree if you’ve already done some work experience in a company)
  • have a level of English that enables you to talk to our candidates about their career paths, you speak French fluently or you understand it so that you can take part in the life of the office.
