What will your job be?

As an intern, you will be trained continuously and will be gradually given responsibilities.

To provide the qualitative services that our clients are looking for, our Business Recruitment team recruits and federates the best talents supported by our Business Managers’ team and the expertise of our 4 practices.

You will also represent the company’s values and sustain its development. You are the first image between candidates and UpWider.

What will your mission be?

By being part of the HR team, you will work on 3 different topics:

I. Consultants’ recruitment

You will participate to the entire Business Recruitment process:

• Pro-actively identify and approach the best candidates
• Establish first phone contacts to validate the candidates, screen and interview candidates for relevant roles
• Set & participate to meetings at our offices with the selected candidates to present our company and define their ambition
• Evaluate and assess candidates and provide them with feedback
• Make a detailed reporting and provide information to the business unit managers

II. Corporate recruitment

• Recruitment of future interns (CV’s analysis, First call, Meeting)
• Maintain and engage relationships with school contacts
• Participation in job fair

III. Other corporate initiatives

• Assist in the management of communication and social media platforms

• Bring new ideas and initiatives to improve the recruitment process
• Collaborate with Managers to define the recruitment’s strategy and processes (sourcing, employer branding, communication, events management, …) in order to improve our attractiveness

What are you looking for?

• You want to do a 4 to 6 months internship

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor OR master
• You speak English and French or Dutch
